Hidden Land shop handles payment with PayPal, Ideal, Credit Card. We also accept direct bank transfer, please email us and we arrange the follow up. You can use the PayPal option, either with you own registered account or with a credit card. For the last option you don’t need to be registered.
Select the PayPal method in your shopping bag. When you confirmed your purchase, by clicking conclude your order, you will be led to the PayPal login page. You can enter your account and conclude the payment. PayPal is processed bases on the terms and conditions between you and PayPal.
Within a day you will receive a confirming email of your purchase with your unique order code and your package tracking number. We only use electronic invoices, you receive this together confirming email.


Hidden Land ships worldwide. Our transportation is handled by DHL. We will notify you by email when your shipment is assigned a tracking number and provide you with that number. You can follow your package via the DHL website. Transit times may vary. DHL generally guarantees the following delivery times:
– Shipping within the NL and GER is free Delivery in 3-6 working days
– Shipping within Europe Delivery in 5-7 working days Small item || EUR 9,00 / Large item || EUR 11,00
– Shipping North America, South America, Asia, Australia, Caribbean and Africa Delivery in 5-7 working days / Australia and Asia can take up to two weeks.
Small item || EUR 24,00 / Large item || EUR 27,00

Please remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered.
Customs and import charges Import fees and tax may occur when you delivery address is outside the Europe, it vary per country. If you want to know the precise amount of import fee and tax we advise you to contact your local customs office.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you felt in love with you bag but if you’re not fully satisfied, we have created an easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant. You can return any product within 14 days from the delivery date. Here’s how: by first sending an email to contact@hiddenland-bags.com. Make sure the bag is in the same condition you received it in, not used, inclusive dust bag and with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Prepare the package well and mail your item back using the carrier of your choice. Please obtain shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the items until we receive it. After we receive your returned bag and confirm that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The refund will be issued on the day your return is accepted, to the same Credit or Debit Card used to place your order. Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card company’s policies.
How do I withdraw my consent? If after you order, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at contact@hiddenland-bags.com.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@hiddenland-bags.com and send your item to:

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@hiddenland- bags.com.


All our bags are high quality bags, manufactured by skilled craftsmen and designed to last. We want you to be fully satisfied about your bag, that’s why manufacturing defects will be repaired.
If manufacturer defects occur then contact us at contact@hiddenland- bags.com. Please be aware that our bags are created out of handmade materials, which are natural treated. The dyeing, weaving and stitching details can be appreciated as a form of art.
Any variation in the embroidery, stitch or color is part of its beauty and charm. The vegetable tanned leather is produced with an honest approach to humanity, environment and animal welfare. No hazardous chemicals, artificial colorings or treatments are used throughout the developing process. Color nuances and striations aren’t defects but true features of the full grain leather.
